I have been working as a management consultant for 20 years, and know the challenges teams and organisations face. Pressure. Stress. Anxiety. Uncertainty. The combination of my understanding of such challenges with my Lived Experience Coaching training, plus my love of climbing, leads to a unique experience that teams will talk about for weeks afterwards, and remember for longer.
Sessions are usually 3 hours long and for groups of up to around 10 people.. They are a mixture of exercises, reflection and climbing - we don't ask anyone to do the impossible, but we will be exposing you to some discomfort, in a supportive and safe space
The coaching discussions cover such topics as curiosity, trust, isolation, vulnerability and panic. We create an experiential learning environment, where the immediate feedback of climbing is used to explore positive mindsets and powerful perspectives

The creation and use of a challenging environment to improve team and group performance is a well worn approach, for good reason. We help build trust, understand what leadership means, & balance focus with ambition to help individuals become teams.

The strength needed to recover from setbacks and life challenges lies in all of us - but it takes a supportive and inclusive environment to actually believe that. We help shift perspectives by encouraging curiosity and honesty, including, importantly, honesty with yourself.

At some points in our lives we are given the opportunity to reflect on where we are, where are going, and whether we want to end up there. It can be easy to underestimate the power of personal choice in setting our individual direction - we examine things like commitment, integrity and connection to help do so.

We don't have to reach the top to enjoy ourselves, but having a goal and reaching it is worth acknowledging. We create and strengthen bonds between each other, celebrate belonging, create connections and appreciate the present

We all have our challenges. Life is not simple or easy, nor is it always fun. It can be hard to work together when we are unsure of the challenges we all have. We offer a unique way of exploring what we find hard, how it affects others, & what we can do about it.

Most organisations recognise the pressure their people can face and many see it as their duty to care for them. We can provide an opportunity for staff to come together in a unique setting, learn about themselves, as well as each other, and have some fun!

Many of the individuals who are referred to our course cannot afford to pay for it. By sending a group from your organisation on a course, you are helping pay for those less fortunate to access the benefits which would otherwise be out of reach. Pay it forward.
If your organisation is interested in sending a team on a course, get in touch!
